TICKETS RELEASES

We decided to be transparent about our ticket prices, which can be found on our website. Every type of ticket has its own release which it will be available in ascending order of price during the next months.

I PURCHASED A 3-DAY PASS WITH NO CAMPING AND I WANT TO UPGRADE IT TO A 3-DAY+CAMPING PASS.

If you purchase a 3-day pass without camping and want to upgrade it to a 3-day + camping pass please purchase it and then email aiuto@dice.fm to get a refund on your first purchase of the 3-day pass without camping.

I PURCHASED A TICKET BUT I CAN’T ATTEND ANYMORE or I WANT TO TRANSFER MY TICKET TO A FRIEND

  1. If the type of ticket you hold is sold out, you can return it via Dice’s app and make it available for the waiting list. Once someone has purchased your ticket, you’ll be refunded by Dice’s system;
  2. If the type of ticket you hold is not sold out yet, you can not request a refund but you can send it to a friend via Dice’s app, just click the option ‘send it to a friend’ on the ticket page;
  3. To send your ticket to a friend just go on Dice’s app, click the option ‘send it to a friend’ on the ticket page.

CHILDREN AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

  1. The non-disabled carer that accompanies a person with disabilities will be entitled to a free ticket. People with disabilities will pay the normal ticket fee available at that moment;
  2. Kids under the age of 12 do not need to pay a ticket, the presence and supervision of a parent are mandatory.

STUDENTS DISCOUNTS

For 2023, we allocated a few tickets intended for under 25 college students in order to sustain the younger generations. To purchase a ticket send an email to info@terraformafestival.com enclosing your college ID and ID card. No more than one ticket can be purchased at a time; the ticket is nominal and transferable only to another student.

WHAT IF THE FESTIVAL GETS CANCELLED?

We will inform you in due time in case of cancellation and proceed with refunds.
