Cashless is a payment system that makes transactions inside the event faster and easier. You will have a wristband which you can charge the amount of money that you plan to spend and use it at any bar, shop
or food truck inside the event area. At the end of your visit, you’ll be able to recover the remaining balance online.

How does it work?

Add the amount of money that you want to top-up (minimun 5,00 € or multiple of 5) You can pay with credit cards.

Step 3

On your account a ticket “pre top-up” with a barcode will be created.
At your first top-up it will be deducted the activation fee related to the bracelet (1,00 €). This fee will be deducted only on your first top-up. Don’t hesitate to ask any information at our Info Point.

Step 4

On site: You will be able to recover a wristband with your money directly at the event’s venue by presenting the QR Code you received when you created your cashless account or it is also available on your cashless account

Step 5

Go to every sales point and pay with your wristband.

Step 6

No more money? No problem, come back to a top-up station and add money on it (minimum 5,00 € or multiple of 5).

Step 7

After the festival, keep your wristband (if you haven’t created an account) and ask for refund.


1. Do I have to register?+

No, but we highly advise it! This will allow you to:

  • Top-up before the festival.
  • Top-up on site at the cash desk/point.
  • Check spending history (and the one of your family’s, using different wallets from the same
  • cashless account)
  • Block your wristband if it should be lost.
  • Easily reclaim any money not spent post-festival.
2. How much should I charge into my wristband?+

You can charge your wristband with the amount that you want, but we suggest you to put enough money for your entire visit, as this will allow you to save time in queues and avoid having to go back to the top-up point again if you run out of credit.
For security reasons, the maximum amount accepted on the wristband is 500,00 € at a time.
At your first top-up it will be deducted the activation fee related to the bracelet (1,00 €). This fee will be deducted only on your first top-up. Don’t hesitate to ask any information at our Info Point.

3. What happens if I don't have enough credit on my wristband?+

If the balance on your wristband is too low, you won’t be able to pay. The operator will ask you to go to top-up at any of the top-up booths and will indicate the one closest to you.

4. What if I have doubts about my balance?+

At each location and before/after each transaction you can check the remaining balance on your
wristband. If you have doubts about any past transaction, you can go to the InfoPoint (or Cashless
assistance) in the event area and ask for your transaction history or you can turn to your personal account for this as well.

5. Does my wristband have a limit or expiration date?+

Your wristband will be valid for the entire duration of the event, and you can use it as many times as you want. After the event you cannot use your wristband anymore. Keep the wristband on which you put the money, the color is only for entrance, but your money is on your first wristband!

6. What happens if I lose my cashless wristband?+

As your account is linked to your wristband, you can block it by visiting the InfoPoint onsite (or Cashless assistance). You can get a new wristband which will be credited with the balance of the chip you have blocked.

If you do not create an account, blocking your wristband is impossible as we won’t have the unique
reference number.

7. Is my wristband water resistant?+

Yes, sun and rain are not a problem for your wristband. But don’t cut it.

8. Can I top-up multiple wristbands with the same account?+

Yes, you can add multiple wallets to your account and charge the wristbands linked to them. Keep in mind that once the money is charged into an account, you can’t transfer it from a wristband to another.

9. How do I recover the balance of my cashless wristband after the event?+

If you have a credit of 5,00 € or more left on your wristband after the festival, you have time from 19/06/2023 until 02/07/2023 to make your refund request.
When you apply for refund, there is a Euro 0,25ct fee. You need to have a cashless account to ask for your money back. So, keep your wristband after the event! If you did not create a Cashless account then in order to reclaim your balance, you must create a Cashless account. It’s quick and easy: visit the event website and go to Cashless section. From there create your Cashless account by entering:

  • Your full name
  • Email address
  • A password
  • The code that is on the back of your cashless wristband
  • Your Bank credit card information.

Once logged into your account, click the « Refunds » button. Your bank account will be credited, we
process claims every Tuesday of each week.
