CAMPING RULES
1— CAMPING PASS
Camping spots and campers’ attendance are limited by law restrictions. Each camper must have his/her OWN camping pass, which is only linked to a 3 DAYS festival pass. Attendee with a single day ticket will not be allowed to enter the campsite. There is a limited capacity for the camping, once the camping is sold out no extra campers will be allowed.
2 — IMPORTANT NOTICE
An email will be sent before the festival with the confirmation of your pruchase and a form that will allow you check in faster on site. Please provide us also a scan of your ID with all the names of the people that you will be sharing your tent with. If you bought the ticket from someone else who isn’t coming anymore, please ask him to warn us by sending an email to: camping@terraformafestival.com.
3 — ENTRANCE POLICY
If you already checked-in (emails will be sent some weeks before the festival), you will only need to present your ticket and a valid ID at the entrance of the camping, at the information desk. For those who haven’t checked-in yet, you will need to register at the information desk of the camping with a valid ID and to fill in the indemnity form. Campers will then receive a wristband, which mustn’t be removed from the wrist or tampered during your entire stay at Terraforma Festival. All camping attendees are liable to search upon entry.
4 — CHECK IN
Timing: From 2 pm on Friday TBA
5 — CHECK OUT
Check out from the camping will have to happen within Monday at 10AM.
6 — CARS AND SCOOTERS
No cars, camping vans and motorized scooters are allowed in the camping area.
7 — LAKE
Swimming and diving into the lake is strictly forbidden. It’s an artificial lake with shallow water. The river could contain traces of polluting residues.
8 — SHOWERS
Due to the limited availability of running water, there will be a daily timetable for the use of the showers.
9 — AGE RESTRICTIONS
All under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
10 — ANIMALS
Animals are not allowed in the camping area.
11 — THINGS YOU CANNOT BRING
Glass bottles and containers, weapons, fireworks, illegal substances, electrical systems or tools with high energy consumption. Moreover, alcohol is not allowed in the camping area; the organizers have the right to deny the entry and/or to confiscate liquors.
12 — SOAP
Only eco soap is allowed in the area. No other cleansers are allowed, therefore we highly recommend to bring some with you. We will provide bio soap at the camping entrance.
13 — FIRE SAFETY
For reasons of fire safety, we ask campers not to bring wooden furniture or similar inflammable components such as candles, oil lamps and generators to the camping area. All use of open fire at the camping area is prohibited. The area is provided with fire extinguishers to be used by the staff in case of emergency.
14 — LOST PROPERTY AND INJURY
The organizers do not bear any responsibility for stolen or lost goods, neither they do bear responsibility for any injury or medical issue suffered onsite.
15 — LITTER
We ask everybody to respect the place and to help us by keeping the camping area clean, as basic meaning of a Terraforma stay. Please use refuse and recycling bins as well as provided chemical disposal points.

Refunds requests from 2022 are now closed. If your case is still unsolved, please send an email to info@terraformafestival.com.
VOLUNTEERING
As every year there is the chance to volunteer at the festival. We’ll post a call for volunteer right before June 2023, keep up to date on our social channels.
PAYMENTS
At Terraforma you will be able to pay CASHLESS.
ANIMALS
